Residential and Respite Services

The Residential and Respite Services assist people with autism and their families through:Bindoon Loop

  • Group Homes - These are provided for individuals who require full time support. Each group home has its own service plan based on the needs of the residents. In addition, each person in the group home has their own individual program plan to ensure their personal needs and aspirations are met.
  • Children's Residential Respite - There are a range of respite services including residential planned overnight, weekend, and school holiday respite breaks.
  • Individual Accommodation Support - This is provided to individuals with an Autism Spectrum Disorder to live in a home of their own. Assistance is provided in obtaining housing, setting up the home, establishing domestic routines, budget management, cooking and domestic chores; and establishing links for the person within their community. Ongoing support is provided by our staff and is tailored to each individual’s specific needs.
  • Family Support - In addition to Residential Respite, individual Intensive Family Support Packages are available to families to assist them in the family home and community.
