Autism and Anxiety: Practical Strategies for Supporting Teens

Did you know that anxiety is one of the most common co-occurring symptoms in young people with Autism? The teenage years come with many pressures and challenges. Because of this, anxiety is something that affects all young people at some point.
In this workshop we will explore:
- Key facts about anxiety
- Practical strategies for helping teenagers with Autism to cope with anxiety
- Available resources, services and supports
Intended Participants:
This workshop is for parent and relatives of children and adolescents with Autism aged 12 to 17 years.
Cost to attend:
This workshop is $141.74 incl. GST.
- Families currently accessing therapy services with the Autism Association of Western Australia using an NDIS Plan, you will be charged according to the details outlined in your Service Agreement.

As per your Service Agreement a guest can attend with you, if you would like to bring a guest, please RSVP for 2 tickets. However, you will only be charged once. - Families who are not currently accessing services through the Autism Association
