January 19 @ 9:30 am - 2:30 pm

| No cost

Please note that this workshop is now fully booked. There is another scheduled for 23rd February, Midland.

Understanding Behaviour – Midland 23/02/2019

The Early Days Understanding Behaviour workshop focuses on helping parents and carers (unpaid) manage difficult behaviour in children aged 0 to 6 years with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Families of children with an ASD often report high levels of stress and difficult behaviour can be one reason for this. Difficult behaviour can also interfere with the child’s development and learning.

This workshop will cover the following topics:

  • Understanding your child’s behaviour.
  • Teaching your child a new, more functional behaviour.
  • Developing techniques to promote positive behaviour.
