Our top priority is the wellbeing of the people we support, their families and our staff. Because of this, we have been closely monitoring the current COVID-19 situation, and after much consideration, decided to postpone this event from the 4th of April 2022 to the 24/08/2022. We sincerely apologise for any disappointment caused and hope you are safe and well during these times. If you were already registered to attend this event, the team will be in contact directly to either reschedule your booking to the next date.
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), commonly referred to as Autism, affects 1 in 70 people in Australia. Chances are you have already met or are likely to meet someone with Autism in your community. This presentation provides general information to help community members better understand what Autism is, what it means for the individual and ways in which to help them feel included and accepted. Families are welcome to attend!
There is NO COST to attend this event.
Please note that proof of COVID-19 vaccination may be required to attend in-person events.
