Whether you are looking to connect with your community, build confidence, learn new skills to increase your independence or want to do something because it's fun - we listen to you to learn about the things you would like to do, then we support you to make it happen.

Community Living

Our Community Living program provides a range of opportunities for people to live in their own home and lead the life they want – in the way they want.

Depending on your needs and preferences, we have different options for Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Individual Living support.
