Need to know more?

Dads, need some time to yourself?

We now have a specific social group available to dads of children with Autism.

All Dads/Father-figures of children with Autism, aged 16 years and below, are invited to attend one of our Dads Autism Connect Groups.

The groups provide a relaxed, casual atmosphere in which to chat, share and support each other to be the best dad you can be. Bring your children or come alone – a play leader will be available to supervise any children aged 6 and under. These sessions are free of charge and available to parents of children with Autism, up to the age of 16 (or pending assessment), whether you are accessing services with the Autism Association of WA, or not.

Here are the times that this support is available:

Meet Ben

Ben facilitates our Autism Connect Dads groups.
Ben is a father of twin boys, both with Autism. After attending several Parent support groups, Ben felt there should be a specific support group available to dads who may not know where to turn for support.
