We are fully funded by the Australian Government so our services are totally free. We can also offer a range of employer incentives, including wage subsidies, for most of our candidates, please contact us to find out what conditions apply.

We appreciate that sometimes candidates don’t work out. If an employee is not a suitable fit we will seek alternative candidates suited to your needs as soon as possible. Each person with Autism is different and we are committed to working with you to find the right person for your business.

Sending a resume is not always the best way for you to appreciate the skills of a person with Autism. Meeting a candidate in person will give you a better understanding of whether a candidate is suitable for your business. We are aware of the needs of employers and have refined our profiling processes to match the right candidate to the right job.
